GENECON was appointed to develop the Yorkshire & Humber
Rural Access to Opportunities Programme (RAOP) - a programme that
aims to enable people in remote and deprived rural communities of
Yorkshire to access employment and training opportunities and
strengthen rural partnerships. The study included a range of tasks
including project development workshops sessions with the client
team and partner organisations, whilst a clear focus was placed on
working with strategic partners to develop target activities, align
sub-regional activity to target regional priorities, address future
funding allocation challenges and facilitate the preparation of
business plan documentation.
