by detailed action frameworks, is essential if private and public
sector investments to support local growth are to be
coordinated.
GENECON works with businesses, residents and other local
stakeholders to devise forward-thinking and realistic investment
plans, designed to drive sustainable economic growth.
We have
- devised a city-wide investment frameworks for Sunderland and
York;
- prepared a long term framework across the Tees Valley through
the North-South Tees Industrial Development Framework;
- developed investment frameworks to support economic growth in
urban centres, including in Stockton, Carlisle, Hartlepool,
Grantham, Berwick and in North and East Kent;
- reviewed the place investment priorities of the HCA across
Yorkshire;
- appraised the impact of Sheffield's acclaimed city centre
public realm investments as a national exemplar;
- advised on the investment framework for redevelopment of
Northampton Station.
