GENECON is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Consultant and
a Research Consultant to support the Partner team across a
range of projects. We are growing our work with Local Authorities
and Local Enterprise Partnerships as well as with private sector
clients and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to
work directly to GENECON Partners across our client portfolio.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in economic
development gained in public or private sectors and should have a
good understanding of current and emerging policies
and initiatives in the UK.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience in the analysis
and presentation of key socio-economic data sets applicable to
assessing place economics.
For both positions a background in economic consultancy or
public sector economic development would be preferred but
applicants from other backgrounds with the right approach and
demonstrable interest in local economic development would certainly
