GENECON Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility
Policy
GENECON fully recognises the importance of sustainability and the
need for staff to operate in full consideration of the social,
economic and environmental principles of sustainability. Our staff
are all educated within the fields of planning and economics and
therefore have wide understanding of the principles and application
of sustainability, within the project development and appraisal
process. Through accessing professional journals, attending
seminars and interaction with environmental specialists on a range
of projects we undertake, all staff remain up to date with current
sustainability issues.
GENECON Equality and Diversity Policy
This policy outlines GENECON's approach to equality and diversity
in the workplace. It provides guidance for employees on the
standards they can expect from GENECON as an employer, as well as
the high quality service GENECON strives to deliver to its
clients.
GENECON
Quality Assurance Policy
GENECON's consultants employ bespoke project management procedures
proportionate to the nature, extent and complexity of the
consultancy engagement. For the more complex assignments, or where
GENECON is managing a number of specialist sub-consultant inputs,
Excel and Microsoft Project are used for programming out key tasks
/ workstreams to be undertaken.
